Jeffrey Booth has long been a serious and advanced collector of GB First Day Covers and is well known in the field. His knowledge and experience go back to the very beginning of the catalogue in 1972. He was much involved in its inception with Tony Buckingham and Bernard Townsend and acquired the Collect GB First Day Covers catalogue from Tony Buckingham in 1992. It has changed a lot since then over time, to become the leading reference guide that it is today in GB First Day Covers.
Jeffrey Booth has edited and published the last thirteen Editions of the catalogue and over this period has illustrated much of his collection through its pages. The catalogue is recognised and referred to by Dealers, Auction Companies and Collectors, both in the UK and Overseas.
